Why adsum?

When I started the journey of understanding myself, I explored different healing modalities and courses. Each one helped me understand myself and life from a different perspective. Like many people, I was searching for answers, trying to understand why we are here and what my purpose was.

During that phase of seeking, one day I received the word ADSUM. At that time, I had absolutely no idea what it meant. All I experienced was a deep awareness that there were Divine beings present around me. I felt that my Higher Self, the Gurus, Masters, and Teachers were always there, guiding me. I couldn't explain it logically, but I knew I wasn't alone. As life unfolded, I began to understand what ADSUM meant to me. It was much more than a Latin word meaning "I am here." It became a reminder that there is always a higher guiding force within us and around us. 

Whenever we feel lost, confused, or entangled in life, we often believe we have to find the answers on our own. My experience has been different. I have realised that the guidance is always present. What changes is whether we are able to recognise it. My understanding did not come from one teacher or one modality. It was shaped by my own experiences, the transition of my mother, the questions that remained unanswered, and years of spiritual exploration. 

I found myself constantly asking questions such as:

Why are we here? 

What is my purpose? 

Why do different religions and spiritual traditions ultimately point towards the same truth? 

Looking back, I realise that these questions became my greatest teachers.

Today, people come to me with questions about different areas of their lives. 

Some are seeking clarity in their relationships, some in their career or business, some in their health, and others in their spiritual journey.

People often ask me if I have the answers. The truth is, I don't believe my role is to provide answers.

What I do is create a space where people can pause, reflect, and begin to see their own life with greater clarity.

Over the years, I have learnt and practised many different approaches, including Akashic Records, Family and Organisational Constellations, meditation, Neuro-Linguistic Programming, chanting, intuitive work, and other spiritual practices. To me, these are not separate modalities. They are simply different tools that help us become aware.

I believe the Divine is always guiding us. 

Sometimes through our Gurus and Teachers, sometimes through the people who come into our lives, sometimes through our experiences, and sometimes through the most difficult situations we face. The guidance is always present. The only question is whether we are able to recognise it.

Whether I am working with an individual, a family, or an organisation, my intention remains the same. If someone leaves with greater clarity, deeper awareness, and more trust in their own journey, I feel my work has served its purpose.
