A session begins with the situation or question you want to explore. We look at the people, relationships and significant events connected to it. Through the constellation process, these elements are represented so that you can experience and observe the dynamics of the system from a different perspective. You may become aware of connections, patterns or influences that were previously difficult to see. The intention is not to find someone to blame. It is to bring greater awareness to what is happening and create the possibility of a different way forward.
